This was our dinner on Monday night! Along with some Gyoza, which I’m not picturing because I’m only supposed to do one picture a day. 😛 This dinner was Sisi’s request when we were at the store. Originally I didn’t want to cook, but then Udon doesn’t take too much time at all when you buy the packet stuff and already have the shrimp and spinach. So just the Udon noodles and the mushrooms were needed. Yummmy! Of course we had frozen Gyoza in the freezer too. ^_^;
