Though I’m not really as much of a shoe person as say… my mom. Lately I’ve been REALLY wanting to go shoe shopping and get pretty shoes. Maybe because now they actually seem to MAKE things in my size! When I was growing up nothing was really pretty when it came to size 10 women’s shoes.
Now though? I can drool over beautiful gladiator sandals, bamboo wedges, and even awesome looking combat boots without feeling sad that I can’t find a decent pair in my size.
Though I wish I could walk in heels and look fab like a drag queen, I would probably need to stick with wedges, otherwise I’m likely to break my neck… or ankle, or knee. My ankle’s are strange and twist/fall to the side easily, and my right knee is already in pretty bad shape! :/
Sadly, I’m bad at shoes, I don’t wear the nicer pretty ones I have (because of the heels) and pretty much just live in snow boots when it’s snowy, and flip flops or nothing in the summer. Doesn’t mean a girl can’t dream right? I need to find a nice supportive type of sandal that helps with my flat feet or can easily fit in some insoles so I don’t wreck myself.

What do you usually wear shoe wise? Do you go shoe shopping often? How many pairs of shoes do you own?
Right now I own a total of 5. Flip flops, tennis shoes, snow boots, and two pairs of heels.
I love shoes, but I don’t do much shoe shopping because my feet are so wide width I rarely can find a cute pair that fit comfortably :-/

Aww, it sucks not being able to get pretty shoes. D: I want some rocking knee-hi boots, but large calves make that impossible!
I wear boots and tennis shoes. I can’t wear heels due to foot surgery I had years ago. I will wear dressy flats or a slight wedge at times. I will not wear open toe shoes or flip flops at all. I have a weird thing about feet. They gross me out!
