Liv-A-Littles 100% Chicken Breast Freeze-Dried Treats #ChewyInfluencer

Spread the love

One thing I don’t super love about cat treats is they tend not to be… as cute as the treats you can get for dogs.

Sure, the cats don’t care, but darn I love the look of cute little puppy cookies when I go to a pet store.

Still… we have a few cats who are “filthy beggars” and want all your human meats, NYAO. So for them I was excited to get to try out these 100% Chicken Breast treats.

They are Halo Liv-a-Littles and they’re freeze-dried chicken breast pieces, and they’re good for both cats and dogs.

We got these from Chewy, and I love how their Autoshop &Save system makes spoiling our cats so easy.

Kimi, Midnight, Freyja and even somethings Puuny and Squee tend to really want anything you’re eating if it has meat in it. Sometimes they’ll just sit and look at you with their head tilted to the side, begging you with their eyes. Other times, they’ll strike when you least expect it and go running off with a piece of your meal!

These fantastic Liv-a-Littles treats have helped to curb that, but the smaller container made it so that we ran out relatively quickly. For a one or two cat household this would last much longer. I was really interested on if these would be something the cats would find an acceptable replacement for being beggars at meal times.

At first, I thought the idea was admittedly a little weird, isn’t freeze dried meat something you find in those prepper type meals? Would they look gross? In the end? Nawww… There’s nothing really weird about these Liv-a-Littles treats, they’re simply freeze-dried chicken breast pieces. That’s it it, just chicken. Interestingly enough..

Tori was not interested in the slightest! She’s not usually overly picky, but for some reason she would not eat these at all.

Other than Tori, the cats fell in love. Of course Kimi, Cookie and Midnight loved them. I was surprised that even Squee wanted them, he wanted them a whole lot!

I’ve now decided that these Liv-a-Littles treats will be a regular part of the “spoil all the cats” lineup at our house.
